Courchevel is located at 273 Rainbow Ln and is walking distance to the ski slopes at Canyon Lodge (the old 'Warming Hut 2').  Floorplans are either 2-bedrooms or 2 bedrooms + loft.  All units have private garages and amenities include a pool, spa, and sauna.

Price History: 2002 price leves were around $265,000 for a 2-bedroom.  At the height of the boom, they went up to $500-540,000.  In 2009, they are back down to the $270,000 range.
